New draft dropped. I wouldn’t mind this being implemented at all, it’s much better than that horrendous “IPv8” one I’ve seen earlier.

@Colin oh you already can. Basically take a piece of paper and write your IP frame on it, then all there is to do is fax it and wait for an answer.
