@decoy that's an interesting reaction, from the outside, Japan has that reputation of having stronger intellectual property laws, which in my mind directly clashes with AI being even in use.
But again, I don't have many insights into Japanese law or culture, I'm probably missing a lot of information.
@jae i'm sure the sentiment is the same in japan, with most being skeptic of it, especially in the creative space. imo within the jp resonite community, there are a few prominent users who frequently use ai to make things, to which the other users see as social acceptance/adoption, so there's a community drive to use it.
